Tiger Fitness - CEO

Hello, and welcome to my site! I’m Rich and I’m the owner of Tiger Fitness and the Functional Fitness suite, based in Thetford, Norfolk.

I’ve always had a keen interest in health and fitness and have trained in various ways over the years. From putting on size through strength and weight training, to losing it from high intensity interval training using just body weight exercises!

New Year's resolution is a tradition, most common in the Western Hemisphere but also found in the Eastern Hemisphere, in which a person resolves to change an undesired trait or behaviour, to accomplish a personal goal or otherwise improve their life.

What it doesn’t state is most people make these resolutions and break them with in the first month of committing to this new way of life!
