Since passing my NVQ L3 in Personal Training I've worked with many people, of different ages, abilities, sizes and all with different goals. I am also a mental wellbeing first aider.
 
I like to think that I come across as understanding to your needs and goals and help provide a great, safe space for you to come in and train.
 
I personally love to train for performance. My background has years' worth of 5km, 10km, half marathons, 1 marathon and lots of functional fitness competitions - such a Hyrox, Tribal Clash, Deadly dozen and so many more, all seeing vast improvements in every aspect including total time, quicker recovery, improved form and better technique. It's also seen me compete in world champs.
If your goal is to simply lose a bit of weight and shape up for an event looming closer than we can work on that too! I'll find fun ways to help improve your overall body weight and stats so you won't have that horrible 'gym' feeling when heading into a session!
 
Fancy sharing the experience with a friend or family member, perhaps the other half? I offer couples PT too! Something that you can both do together, accomplish an awesome workout as a team and feel closer because of it!
 
Exercise hasn't got to be gruelling, monotonous, hard work. I'll be able to show you that in The Suite! 

Castle Hill Steps workout

Local Castle Hill Steps where we attack endurance goals. Sessions like these can be done 1-2-1, 1-2-2 or even 1-2-4! 

Brighton Marathon

I completed this marathon and trained for it well, finishing in a time of 3:42. I developed a new learning and understanding for running, the importance of slower, zone 2/3 runs and of course that important taper before hand. 
I can help with any running from couch to 5km, 10km, 10 miles, half marathon and marathons.

Hyrox and Boudica Backdraft

Perhaps your goals are taking you in the direction of functional fitness events. Well, I'd like to say I specialise in them. I've competed in 7 Hyrox events and multiple other smaller scale events such as Super human games, Deadly Dozen and even local, Boudica Backdraft.
They all take in to account strength training as well as movement specifics. This has been my back round for over 5 years. Even coming second to a client who went above and beyond in their training.
 

Of course, you don't have to be training for any competition. You can quite simply be doing it for vanity, for health or just to keep up with the kids. All is great and something I'd be excited to help you with.
