I started Tiger Fitness in January 2019. I fell in the cliché of new year, new start and I have not looked back since.

I started with one class a week and built up over time to doing 2/3 classes a night and now I am a regular at most classes.

The people who attend the suite are down to earth like minded people, who will support and encourage in sessions and they are always on hand to help to ensure you are doing the exercises right.

Rich goes through every session meticulously and demonstrates every exercise if there is an exercise you cannot do or struggles he will put a regression in or changes it to suits your needs.

Rich is always on hand for a talk and will answer all your questions too.

There are always external competitions we take part in as a team as well, such as park run on a Saturday. You normally find there is at least 3 people at Thetford park run.

We have completed 5k/10k runs, Hyrox, Deadly Dozen, Superhuman Games.

Results aren't instant they take time but with focus and determination and the group of people at Tiger fitness anything is possible.

My Hyrox journey for example, first competition in October 2022 I achieved 1hour 14 minutes 6 seconds in the men's open, in November 2023 I achieved 1 hour 3 minutes 0 seconds.

Tiger Fitness is family, I'm proud to be a part of it.

I have been a member at Tiger Fitness for over 8 years. I was one of the originals when Rich was running 1 x session a week in the hall at CBC.

Once Rich got the Functional Fitness Suite up and running I was a regular attending classes morning and evening most days.
In 2020, life took an unexpected turn and I had to move back to my home town of Sudbury. After having a few years away from Tiger, I decided it was time to get back. So, every Thursday I make the hours journey to come and train with Rich and the amazing team of Tigers for all 3 classes.

Tiger Fitness is more than just a training facility, it’s a place to make new friends where you’re not judged. It’s a place where we all encourage and motivate each other. It’s a place where everyone is included regardless of how fit you are or what size you are. Rich makes all his classes inclusive so regardless of your ability, you’re still part of the class and our team.

I have trained in many places over the years but NOWHERE compares to Tiger Fitness. Rich is the best coach, he’s supportive, motivating and actually cares about his members! I could go on and on but I think you get my point………Tiger Fitness really has it all ❤️

I started training with Tiger at the end of summer 2020, just out of lockdown. After 10 yrs of inactivity, joining (then not training in) gyms, knew I needed to find something different in order to kick-start a healthier lifestyle.

Richards enthusiasm for training is infectious. He identifies ways to motivate you and manages to tailor that motivation to the individual whilst creating a team atmosphere in his classes.

Always looking to develop his members and progress their fitness by working with other local groups, Richard introduced me to Boudica Backdraft to add a different dimension to my training. This has certainly re ignited my competitive spirit and along with Tigers regular monthly challenges I'm looking forward to competing in a few competitions in 2022!

I've managed to drop body fat while gaining muscle and become the fittest I've been in a long time!
